Coleman Law, P.C. is a boutique litigation firm. If a case does not settle before or during court proceedings, then clients do not get referred to another law firm. Unlike many firms, where not all attorneys are litigators ("trial attorneys"), we are able to competently pursue our clients’ legal needs through litigation.
Given the various ways to seek legal solutions, each case is tailored to the client's specific needs. We focus on the type of case a client has and the legal relief being sought, carefully explaining to clients the differences between litigation, mediation, and arbitration. This allows clients to fully understand and discuss all of their options when consulting with us about their legal matters.
